The Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association is a non-profit community organization committed to enhancing the quality of life within our community.

As part of our mission to support our neighborhood – the South End – B/FSNA continues providing book and computer scholarships for neighborhood high school seniors or current undergraduate students pursuing a higher education.

As many other scholarships cover only tuition, this will aid in covering the cost of books, computers, study guides, and other educational supplies.  Currently, the average cost for books can exceed $150 per class.  Students taking four classes would have more than $600 in book expenses each semester.

We invite applications from South End residents living in the area defined by:

• Southwest Corridor (North) to Albany Street (South)

• Herald Street (East) to Camden Street (West)
